Private message me your shipping info, and I'll get it out to you.

Thanks!

Curious…how is the beta testing going?

Also, do you envision a version with two USB-C ports instead of the USB-A?

Waiting to hear back. I figured the Holidays have folks busy. If you are still driving your car, I'll send one out to you.

Technically, it is really only designed to use one port at a time to get Fast or Super Fast Charging mode with up to 3.1 amps of load. While you can plug two devices in (USB A & C) simultaneously, but then the unit drops down to slow charging mode on both.

I was very interested in this thread although I found it unnecessary when I fitted an Optima battery to my 38 Twelve and 38 Six. The Optima battery is much smaller than a wet cell 6v and there is quite a lot of space in the carrier. I still run the 6v Positive earth system for the car electrics but have fitted a large 12v sealed battery beside the 6V battery. I run it Negative earth to the cigarette lighter and use a multi socket plug to supply USB, GPS and other 12v appliances. It also doubles as a jumper pack. I have 6v and 12v battery minders which plug in under the LH running board to maintain charge in the batteries if not using the vehicle for a few months. The 12v battery lasts quite a few days on a Tour without a charge even when running a number of accessories. Just another option. Peter T

Yes, I am behind getting mine installed-- sorry for being slow to get there. Since I received it I ran into a hose leak (between filler tube and tank) I needed to replace, which led me to see how bad my rear tire was -- fortunate no blowouts, that bad (spare is not usable), to two kids who were leaking/spewing more than a car missing a every drain plug [insert visual and audible sounds as desired].

To Do List:
Hose = done.
Oil = this weekend.
USB = this weekend hooked up (but no driving until tires)
Tires = coming next week (I've never removed/dismounted so I have to sort out my newly purchased tire changer and figure the rest out.)

Thanks for your patience.

My car is officially out of pocket for a few months….I dropped it off at the shop today for body, paint, and upholstery!

Interesting…never thought of this. Sounds like a nice alternative solution.

Thanks Don, here are a few pics of the set up that I use. The batteries sitting in the carrier, the GPS, dashcam, 1amp USB and spare cigar plug slot, plus under the running board plug in battery minders.
