1956 Executive Hard top in NY for $19.5k
facebook.com/marketplace/item/1519755229168980/
The ad states that the car has 3500 miles. This is probably after the restoration... New paint and upholstery, hub caps do not look right.

The 55 400 has been for sale for like a whole year. Guy doesn't want to part it out though and it's way too far from me considering the condition.

The 55 Custom I messaged the guy for more photos but he doesn't respond well. It's also a pretty good drive for anything worth getting.

Here are a few more recent FB posts:

1952 200 Deluxe sedan. Appears to be a very nice driver quality car. Dark grey with white top. Ultramatic. New tires but they are incorrect thin stripe whitewalls. Car is running and registered. Seller asking $8K. Vermont:

facebook.com/marketplace/item/1330744398187414

1951 250 Convertible. Abandoned lead sled project. Appears someone grafted 1954 Clipper rear onto the car. Car looks incomplete and floors are gone. Not sure what anyone could do with this, but it was the start of an interesting customization. Sale includes many parts not pictured in ad. Seller asking $3,500. Nashville, TN:

facebook.com/marketplace/item/949673133912247

1955 400. Rough unrestored. Appears car was being stored under a shed which has collapsed onto it. Retrieval will be difficult without causing further damage. Very rusty and trashed inside and out but looks like it is all there at least. Seller looking for offers. Kentucky:

facebook.com/marketplace/item/1122400562588941

1958 Packard and late '40's Ford F1 truck. Rusty from long term outdoor storage, probably parts only. Can't tell much from the one photo provided. Seller asking $2,500 as a package deal for both vehicles. Alabama:

facebook.com/marketplace/item/1309782440303148

1942 Clipper Six Sedan. Model 1582. Rough unrestored. Floors and interior are really bad. Probably just a parts car. Seller asking $1,600. Iowa.

Don't think anything was "grafted" on that 54, however the steering wheel is off a 55-56 Clipper. 🤔

The side quarter are 51-52 because of the body line. The taillights are 54 Clipper only. All the front sheetmetal is frok 51/52. Being a convertible, it say it probably started life as a 250 (aka Convertible).

BigKev. I noticed that too. The lower quarters have the stamped speed line which only appeared on the 1951-52 200 and 250 models, but the upper quarters with the taillight mountings are from a '54 Clipper. Someone did a lot of metal work to pull this off.

1956 Clipper "Caribbean" on FB, $3200 and NOT $3199.99 facebook.com/marketplace/item/1046382393935482
Aside from a rather silly advertisement, the car could actually be in an alright condition, assuming that the bottom is still there

1951 "200" Sedan. Model No. 2492. Parts car. Decent sheet metal except for driver's side front door which has taken a pretty hard hit. Asking $1,900, which is a lot for a parts car. Ad lists it as a 1948 but it is a 24th series (1951 model year). Nebraska:

facebook.com/marketplace/item/1164983212040516

1955 400 hardtop. Original unrestored and actually does not look too bad. Ad states engine runs and parts of the interior look useable as is. Does need paint and chrome and hood has been replaced with one from a '55 Clipper. Beautiful mountain scenery in background of a couple of the photos which you would expect in a town called Eden. Owner says in ad he must sell as home has been sold and he is moving. Asking $3,500. Eden, UT:

1939 120 Touring Sedan. Very nicely restored with nice paint, chrome and correct looking broadcloth interior. Has accessory banjo wheel, but I could do without the fake tommy gun on the front seat. Somebody watched too many gangster movies. Reminds me of the young wannabe Bonnie & Clyde couple I used to see at local shows a number of years ago. They would arrive dressed in period clothes in their 1932 Plymouth (Clyde much preferred Ford V-8's) that had real bullet holes in the windshield. Still not sure how they were able to see the road with all those holes:

facebook.com/marketplace/item/986435060308780

1957 Clipper Country Sedan (station wagon). Good unrestored condition. Needs everything, but body is relatively rust free, and I don't see anything missing. Ad states engine does run. Rare car with only 869 produced. Asking $5,500. Washington State:

facebook.com/marketplace/item/1028905392460537

1946 Clipper Eight Sedan. Nice older restoration. Clean car that runs well. Solid black. Asking $15K. Washington state:

facebook.com/marketplace/item/868111698654378

1938 Six Club Coupe. Incorrect restoration with bright orange paint, a modernized interior, no bumpers, a 1939 Six hood and chrome mag style wheels. Car is listed as a '38, and I think this is correct as it has the floor shifter and a 1938 style dash. Owner thinks car is worth $50K and believes he is doing everyone a favor by asking only $24,900. Drive train is original. Benton City, WA:

facebook.com/marketplace/item/615327554847449

1948 Eight Club Sedan. Very solid unrestored car with great sheet metal, not surprising as it is an original California car. Someone added 23rd series side trim, but it is an early 22nd series car as it has the hollow front bumper and the flat taillights. Car has been in the same family for decades. Owner selling because he says he is too old to start another restoration project. Asking $3,995. Alturas, CA:

facebook.com/marketplace/item/637652178976908

1953 Clipper Deluxe Sedan. Model No. 2662. Paint Scheme K (Galahad Green). Rough parts car. Grille and front bumper are smashed. Some drive train parts may be useable. Asking $700. Spokane, WA:

facebook.com/marketplace/item/603262139205060

1941 120 Sedan. Needs full restoration. Interior out of car. Decent sheet metal. Needs some floor and trunk pan work. Asking $2,200. Boulder Creek, CA:

facebook.com/marketplace/item/997579375378300
