Looks like a nice car from the pictures. I recognize it from earlier because for some reason the guy decided to mount the horns on the rear of the hood? No idea why you would do that.

Looks like they mounted the A/C compressor to the drivers side of the engine, hence the reason the generator is now on the passenger side. '55-56 type hood pad installed. Shocks look new, as does the exhaust. Electric fuel pump mounted under the driver seat on the frame rail. Paint, body, and chrome look great. I think they got the colors pretty darn good. Probably want to swap out the yellow parking lenses for correct clear ones from the Packard Club. All in all, looks like a good car to check out. Maybe change a few things back to stock (horns) and enjoy driving it.

The 1954 Packard Cavalier was one of the nicest-looking Packard in the 1951-1954 era, looking much cleaner than the Patrician even though the trim difference was subtle. That is being said by someone who owns two 1954 Patricians! This particular Cavalier is also in a beautiful color combination that appears to be the same as one of my Patricians which is Polaris Blue with a Meridian Blue Metallic roof, code BC, but I’m not sure.

As an aside, according to Dwight Heinmuller who sells the pads, 1955 and 1956 used different ones and also apparently different between senior and junior models.

Hi Nathan,
I’m new to this forum. I have a 1954 Caribbean with the earlier Ultramatic. It is currently having the transmission rebuilt and then I’ll be looking to sell it. Asking price is $61k. See attached photo and contact me if you need additional info.
