Converter is a nice idea but suggested fusing on that one is for 6 amps max output. Usually inverters don't supply near max current for very long periods without severe overheating. Can't speak for that one but on commercial heavy duty inverter/converters, running a motor voids the warranty.

Before committing totally, suggest running your wiper motor under load, make sure it doesn't pull more than about 2/3 max constantly-half would be better, and verify that the converter can handle the back emf and trash usually present from a brush type motor.

The only code I'm fairly sure of is 67 which would be the interior trim code (tan checkered broadcloth?). I think the FAHB might be the heater. If the BAFR is really RAFR it could be the radio and antenna type (my 50 is RADVA).

I've kept track of the information on any of the production slips that I have found in various 22nd series Packards.
I haven't seen BAFR but have seen BAEF and BAER for a model 2295.
No ML or WL but have found DML which I believe means Door Mirror Left and refers to the mirror that mounts on the outside beltline trim.
No SW but have seen WSW which I think means White SideWall tires.
Have found WR and CL but don't know what they mean.
No FGP or SE but have seen FRCP and FSE.
No FAHB but FAHD appears on many and I think it means Fresh Air Heater & Defroster
All the above is from clearly legible printing on the slips found.
