I figured that 90% of the traffic on here was me coming on about every 5 or 6 hours or so! I tend to agree with HH56, it's some more fishy stuff going on, the price you pay for being the #1 Packard site!

Not too shy to talk

Chances are this is the result of internet crawl bots which are indexing the site. Many come from outside the US, and will register as foreign "visitors."

If that many Packards were shipped overseas, the company wouldn't have quit manufacturing vehicles! This MUST be someone's sneaky way of justifying their own little job...

Gerd, thanks for the kind words it is much appreciated!

Sorry I have been a bit quiet lately. Work has been crazy, and I am trying to tie up all kinds of loose ends before I go on vacation for 9 days. So please excuse any delay in response.

Per suggestion, I made a change so that each forum page will display 10 posts per page, instead of the previous 20 posts per page. This should create faster loading pages in the forum.

This should help the folks out on slower connections when loading topics will lots of posts and pictures.

The Topic list will still display 20, as they are no pictures getting loaded at that level.

For those that do not have a utility to resize photos, I wrote and have provided one for free for folks here on the website. This will allow you to batch resize and compress photo to make them "Web-Friendly". Easy to use, and the default setting should be perfect for the website.
