That was the site where I found (thanks to Portlandon) my '55 Packard Patrician.
While the modified 300 is OK (at least it's not rotting in some field), it looks like I bought my '55 just in time....

I also thought the 51-54 bodies look pretty darn nice with the side trim removed.

Yes, I've long thought a 10 car garage, large driveway with a small house attached --no grass-- would be an ideal setup. Unfortunately, most neighborhoods and narrow minded neighbors would agree.

Howard, the day will dawn when the tiger jumps!

Many women ask the question "What do men want?" to their women friends. Don't ask your friends. Ask me!

BTW Do men need women?

Gerd, I've accepted the fact I won't be around long enough to see the tiger jump.

As to the final question, men were genetically programmed for the need be continually perplexed, confused, and generally kept guessing about many many things. Nothing has been designed yet that can come close to exercising those requirements better.

Dan (MiDan), we just kidding.

Randy, you win the set. To put it another way:

Do men need large garages?

That's great. Needless to say, he won't be getting a Packard soon. I just hope his present car lasts as long as he does. Would be terrible to have to learn a new procedure or have to get one where the door opens differently.
