There's a listing of all Packard carburetors back to 1899 on the PAC Website (under "Reference"), but it doesn't show a manufacturer of the unit until about 1915. Perhaps the inference is that Packard made them themselves, but don't know that to be so.

The model info pages here on the website list which carb each model came with.
I am showing the very early cars used "Longuemar" and "Detroit" brand carbs.

No where do I see Kingston listed. Could have been a "make-do" field swap/repair.
