Did Packard ever use a kingston carb on any vehicles prior to 1909, here is a picture

There's a listing of all Packard carburetors back to 1899 on the PAC Website (under "Reference"), but it doesn't show a manufacturer of the unit until about 1915. Perhaps the inference is that Packard made them themselves, but don't know that to be so.
