hardtop,
I think the pictured Packard is a 1938 "Six" Convertible Coupe. The front bumper and guards are the style used on the 6-cylinder cars. (o[]o)

Perhaps more interesting, what are the other 3 cars. I believe it's a Fiat on the left and an Oldsmobile? on the right, but what's the black sedan?

It should be,from left to right:
Fiat 500 (1938) Wanderer W50 (1937) Packard (1938) "Six" Convertible Coupe, thanks to JW for the info. Studebaker President (1938)? Any comments on the last car?

A Wanderer? WOW, never would have guessed. Sorry for digressing but here's a Wanderer that was the "cover car" for Greenwich CT Concours some years back, hope you enjoy.

I have only come across 3 Wanderer cars so far. The one on the top picture is a model W50 Pullman Limousine edition.
Nice picture Owen, this car must be a Wanderer special edition model I assume. The last car is still a Studebaker, not a Oldsmobile :)

Wanderer part of the old Auto Union that also included Audi, DKW, and Horch. Today only Audi remains and it sports the four interlocking circles that was the emblem of the union. Audi is now part of VW after passing through Mercedes Benz after World War II.

Thank you for the short history lesson JW.
DKW/Wanderer cars where common(not as common as Ford) in the Baltics before the war. Many Horchs where present mostly after WWII, mostly cars taken as war loot from Germany. To bad that the majority of these cars have disappeared.

It's a uncommon and exhilirating site to see a prewar Horch here in the U.S., there are only 9 listed in the CCCA directory.
Here's a photo of a 1938 Horch 853A with coachwork by Erdmann & Rossi. Photo at Pebble.
