On your second question, yes 24664 is only the production sequence number (beginning at 1001), no other meaning. But it is not the sequence for all 1936 120s, rather it's just for the 992 body type; each body type would have their own sequence numbers, all beginning at 1001.

hmmm....depending on the year and options, yes, but no neon or LED lit announcement other than on the horn button and characteristic red hex bolts in the bumperettes and, PACKARD insert in 120 rear bumpers 36-39 and original keys identified as such...

Love the look of the flat windshields on the 35 - 37 junior cars, especially the convertibles.

Have been absent a lot in recent weeks. We are busy getting settled into our new home in Santa Fe. Lots of household goods to get unpacked and placed. Main goal this week is to get the garage organized so we can park our daily drivers in it. Recent snow and cold weather is a good motivator, plus the HOA frowns on residents parking outside. Garage organization is fun with new workbenches and wall cabinets.
