Gorgeous work Kevin AZ!
I'll have to keep this thread in mind when I do the wheel on my '55 Clipper!

It is a very nice job & congrats are in order.
Not familiar with that material. Am curious since one of your descriptions said it went into the holes easily. How thick is it and aside from being dirty, does it sand away without major effort? Am looking for something different & before spending money, was wondering if you thought it might conform to a simple pattern in a 2 half silicone mold squeezed together or if it would be too thick to fill or take shape completely. Regular pouring epoxy is too thin for an item and the typical putty types I've tried have been pretty stiff and didn't work that well.

Howard,
I not sure. I didn't have too much of an issue pushing/patting the epoxy into the fill holes. I used popsicle styled sticks and as seen in the pics didn't worry about over fill as I knew I'd be sanding the excess off. The consistency is of the stiffer variety but I liked that given the round shape of the wheel and because some of my applications were "upside-down". BTW you can purchase PC 7 in a smaller amount ( two part tube) . Hope this helps a little.

It looks great! Was it standard automotive paint, or did you use something special?
