My comment was based on the very simple fact that most people are all but completely incapable of following simple instructions, and the man (my assumption) did post simple instructions. Your judgments are 100% yours.

A couple of years ago, I contacted a man (his assumption) who, it turns out, is a noted "major Packard collector" about the '47 Custom Super he had advertised for sale. I, too, was denied the ***damned common courtesy of a reply, perhaps because he didn't know who I am, or "who my people are" or that he didn't like the cut of my jib based on my flawless grammar in my email response. You'd think that the only thing that would matter is that my Benjamins are as green as the next fellow's. Ergo, I was forced to presume that this peron is a pompous @$$.

If you're not having fun, maybe it's your own damned fault.

A couple minutes of internet sleuthing gave me +1 (5 0ne 8) 588 783 nin3 as the guy’s phone number. Texted him yesterday and he got back to me today. So to whomever is interested, there you go.

'55 400. Needs aesthetic parts put back on, and electrical system sorted.
'55 Clipper Deluxe. Engine is stuck-ish.
