That '52 is all tricked out. The Packard script is the one they used on 47 Clippers, and note that the correct '52 wheel covers have been graced with Cloisonne centers. 52s did not have a Packard script---the name was cast into the desperately ugly trunk handle.

1948 or 1949 is not a meaningful question. It's a 22nd series which could be either. But it's not a 1949 23rd series

In the photo showing the 22nd series there also looks to be a 21st series around the corner of the insurance building behind the Buick and close to the Goodrich store.
