Glad you found the link helpful.

The bit about 'black enamel' had stuck in my mind, so I entered that plus 'fender' as keywords in my site search.

I'm glad that post was still there, as a couple of weeks ago, I was looking for a few specific posts by Ross on Ultramatic issues, but they appear to have completely disappeared.

Thanks BH for locating Ross's earlier post. That makes everything black and white, or should I say, black enamel and main body color.
