Steve, that 53 Clipper has a standard transmission and overdrive. That could be your next car. Not too far away in Connecticut.

You could pretty well make one nice goin to town car from those two 55's. Just a grand for the pair is hard to beat even given the condition. The Deluxe is a manual... someone should snatch that up as that parts for a manual conversion on a 55 are probably worth more than what he is asking for whole car.
