Defroster vent tubes. See attached pics. I had to do something so I had a couple made from the example of the original. As you can see I managed to get the top side into place, but I had to resort to using heating and cooling metal tape to fully secure the lower piece. Not pretty, BUT it will work. Now onto the other side!

Ouch! The driver's side duct is a different size that the passenger side! I guess that is what happens when you make assumptions. BTW...........I don't have any examples of a duct from the driver's side. Would anyone care to separate themselves from one I could use for reproduction purposes? The driver's side is wider and longer.

Shape is almost the same but if memory serves, the sweep or bend radius is a bit longer because of the way the plenum tapers. If no one has one to spare you can take the measurements of the openings and adjust your size accordingly.
