I have a chance to purchase a Dietrich Victoria from my late relatives estate. How would I put a value on it? Restored 10 years ago and never driven.

I would suggest you have the car appraised so that all involved feel a fair value has been assessed. Mr Crook in Washington has sold many Packards and may be a good resource in your part of the country.
