Caribbean top fit?

I have no stake in this Caribbean on Ebay but it appears the top isn't as smooth fitting as it should be. Do any of you guys see that?

Probably a little skimpy on the top pad, but the plus side is that the top comes down to the side windows and doesn't reveal a wide strip of top mechanism as so very many do.

What I can't grasp is having the interior done nicely but having the upholsterer pleat the top of the dash pad. Really don't care for that.
