I have tried several times to put my car on the registry, but it never comes up. Does anybody have any ideas?

I just checked and the file is not on the server. Which mean one of two things happened. Either the file is too big, or the file errored duing the upload. Please make sure the picture is a .jpg, and is less than 1024x1024 in size.

You can click on your existing entry, and there should be an Edit/Change button link at the button for you to make edits. From within there you can re-add the picture.

I went ahead and removed the duplicate entry also. That happens if someone hit the back button after the submit, and then submits again.

I added a test entry for myself, and added a picture and it worked just fine. So there are no server related problems, and the Registry is working as expected.

Thanks,

I think the size is the issue.

....and wonderful cars at that!

Thanks to everyone for adding their automobiles, and to those for reminding others folks to register!

Here's a question for ya Kev, what classification would my Speedster be? It's not really a '25, but it's not considered a '37 or '53 either. Should I put it in all the years of the parts I use? If I do that, it'll be like Johnny Cash's "One Piece at a Time", it's a '49,'50,'51,'52,'53,'54',55,'56...

Well I guess you would put in under what the cowl is. That is usually were the serial plate is bolted.

I know that you can buy a turn-key 57 Chevy made from all new parts, and the only origial part that they use is the original cowl for registration/title purposes.

Then I guess I had better find a Maxwell forum, since that's what the cowl is! OR--- I could put it under a 1909, since that's the consensus of the age of my serial plate.

Just out of curiosity how are you going to register your creation. As a Packard, Maxwell, Eric Kit Car SE (Speedster Edition) or a combination thereof. I hope your Kansas DMV isn't as pissy as ours is.
