I just finished installing the plug wires this weekend. I ordered the black lacquered wire (W103 @ 1.50 a foot) from RJ&L Fastener and bought their RT-106 terminals (nickle plated). I found some chrome plated knurled nuts at a lamp shop (they may be a bit to small).

I want to thank everyone for their input.
