Not sure about SKF number: My Packard book shows index number 15.3225 & P/N 302274 ( oil seal assembly, crosshaft 120 thru 19th series ). Hope this helps.

I have no first hand knowledge if this info is correct but according to a seal xref which was compiled or made available thru the Studebaker club, 302274 crosses to a National 51083 or C/R 12363. 12363 is also the SKF number and is carried by Napa as NOS 12363 which is listed as a pitman arm seal.

The NAPA website is becoming less useful for detailed spec information but here is the SKF particulars which you might compare with your original and see if it is a match.
