Several people on site have used the C2C floor and rocker panels. Those are not a perfect drop in and do require a bit of fine tuning but do the job. The outer panels are a relatively new addition to their line but I believe there may be one or two posters that have used them and might be able to answer your questions. If you don't hear anything I would give C2C a call.

Short of finding a parts car (which rustwise may or may not be in great shape) or making your own pieces from scratch like theastronaut is doing on the 40 convertible coupe he is rebuilding, C2C is the only company I know of that is making any kind of panels for Packards.

Mike Dulinski in Duluth, MN also supplies inner and outer rocker panels.
