1937 Service Letter Vol 11 #19 has all the 38 specs including front end info on the fifth page in but that one seems to be missing from the literature section. It is a large file and if it posts, here it is. Maybe Kev can add it to the others.

From the 1938 Shop Manual:
Camber (loaded): 1/2 degree Caster (loaded): 1-1/2 degree Toe-in (loaded): 0 to 1/16
