1934 Packard engine

I think this is a 1934 Packard engine I was able to turn this back and forth fairly easy about a 1/2 inch I did not want to force it to go farther I am thinking the valves may be rusted fast.Does this sound correct?

Check engine number and you know for sure what you have.

It is a 1934 Packard engine, appears to be an Eight (the 320 cubic inch displacement version). The clues to 1934 are the one-year-only oil cooler located on the water jacket side plate and the location of the oil filter. Judging by the appearance, I wouldn't be surprised if some of the piston rings are also rusted to the cylinder walls.
