Do you know how I can tighten loose mirrors on the mirror support for my side tire mounted mirrors?

If the looseness is at the adjustable swivel, just add a small spacer like a washer between the mirror and the ball. And of course make sure the ball is tight on the post. And the post is tight on the tire cover.

Even under the best conditions sidemount mirrors only offer marginal usefulness.
