The series of concept designs by Carl Evers are interesting styling studies, much more interesting than what Packard did. They reflect a European and British look, which were attractive, but according to US tastes were too dated. I posted the series here several years ago. I acquired copies from my brother who got them from Dick Nesbitt who, I believe, got them from Dick Teague. More interesting "what ifs".
