This only effects or affects .. The 2 dr.

Window regulator bolt. Could not get mine loose. Had to use a Dremel.

Shoulder bolts you can buy. But the head needs to be turned down.and and thread needs to be square.


Part number 425037.

Don't see any 3/8-24 thread . which Packard uses. 3/8-16.is what is out there.

Make a 1/4" steel plate that fits inside the arm and fasten it to the potmetal casting with many small screws. Life is far too short to attempt to weld it.
