1939 super 8 with R11 overdrive. Need speedometer cable. What is the correct length? Ordered one from Max Merritt and it was too long

thank you for the reply. I have been experiencing technical difficulty and just now got back online. I am thinking there may be a shop that makes cables.

So long as you are sure of dimensions. Can also modify existing cable.

I have 2 NOS Packard speedometer cables. Not sure of year, will check length and get back to you tomorrow. John

I checked the length of the speedometer cables, they are 75" in length. Sorry, John

Morning... I have checked the PACKARD Parts manual for my 115c and there is a listing for the cables for a number of years and model numbers showing the cable, (inner) and case (outer) that gives the length for each as a combination.
Manual is in my shop so don't have ready access to page number . Hope this helps Larry
