Without a lot a details at the current time, can anyone help identify what year this head would fit?
Is it an aftermarket part or a factory part?

From that photo, difficult to say. Definitely aftermarket, I don't believe Packard ever offered anything as exotic as a finned aluminum head. Very cool looking.

Aftermarket. Perhaps Edmunds or Clifford.

Thanks Guys,
I thought it was aftermarket......It's one of the lots being offered from the Mark Smith collection.

That's gonna' be a remarkable sale. He had some amazingly rare stuff. It's a great conversation piece, but without knowing what it fits or what kind of shape it's in, really just a good conversation starter.

Living in the Lynchburg area, I had the opportunity to see quite a few rare and unique autos in the collection.

One Saturday morning, my wife and I were at the downtown market (directly across from one of Mark's building)and parked on the side street was a Model J Duesenberg.
Just parked, nobody around as if it was a normal situation.
