How big of a job is replacing a packard 120 cooling tube? Should I first try flushing the radiator out or changing the thermostat?

Thanks, Dennis

You have to pretty much pull the front clip off the car as the tube comes out from the front and is nearly as long as the block. So the grill and radiator have to come out. At that point just as easy to unhook the entire front clip from the car and remove it as an assemble.

Front clip removal, single handed, on my '40 110 took me a little over an hour, and a beer and a half. Used a cherry picker to lift it and shift it around the shop.

Pretty slick.
