What is the CP (candlepower) for these bulbs? It should be on the carton or the bulb. Do you have any stoplight bulbs as used on 1937 120s?

The stoplight bulbs should be fairly common 6v bulbs.

Not around here. I tried several parts stores, including NAPA, with no luck. The NAPA guy did a lot of looking, but came up dry. No headlight or stoplight bulbs available. I got 2 headlight bulbs from once source, but they turned out to be 21 CP NOS. That's just not enough light.

THe original bulb would have been a Mazda #87, 15CP

If you want an original matching, here is an online vendor:

https://www.bulbworks.com/light-bulbs/87

or a 10 pack here:

https://www.amazon.com/10-PACK-Eiko-Miniature-Light/dp/B00RC1BOSM

But alternatives to a #87 are #1129, #1619, and #1680.

AutoZone near me has #1129 in stock. This is 21CP vs the #87 which is 15CP. So brighter brake lights.

Thanks for the info. I'll see if I can get the brighter alternative.

/// I found the # 1129 bulb on a NAPA website

(NAPA Pt # LMP 1129 N)

They didn't have any on hand, so I ordered a 10-pack, which the young lady assured me would be there tomorrow.

The dash lights all work in my car, but they are very dim. I think there may be a brighter bulb that will fit. If so, I'd like to get hold of some.

The original dash lamp bulbs are Mazda #51 (.8 CP). A #55 is 1.5 CP. So nearly twice as bright. The #55 is the same bulb used in the map light.

According to the internet they are 50/32, but I will check the actual bulb later today.

Here is another on-line source for bulbs.

I have purchased from here before with no problems.
