5k is a good price for the condition. How much tlc? Just deferred extended maintenance (e.g. seals)? Btw whats your location?

Looks like a lot of car for the money.Like HPH said, please detail the tlc required.

If jeffr is only asking $5k for his really nice Patrician, the one in Hemmings is probably only worth about $500.

Seems like Packard values are really starting to drop, unless I am imagining it. Seeing some really nice cars at fairly reasonable prices sitting for long periods with no takers. Think jeffr's Patrician should be much more than only $5K if itis as nice as in the photos.

Needs fuel pump, has weak starter, mostly minor things.

Thanks for the interest. Sorry, I am new at posting. The car is in Northern Minn. east of Fargo ND. It could use some updates like starter, fuel pump. Not working now is clock, speedometer, radio.
