The latest of a long, long, long line of "revivals" which editor, Stuart Blond covered in The Packard Cormorant magazine years ago.

The short list being the Bayliff Packards mostly in the 70's-80's which were little more than heavily facelifted and Packard-badged current era cars, and of course the 1999 Packard Twelve prototype which at the very least was built from the ground up by an organized company, with actual engineers and recognized trademark ownership.

I would be curious what issue this article is in if anyone knows.

Edit: looks like "Packard – A History of the Motor Car and the Company, 1959 to
2008" in 131:24.

'55 400. Needs aesthetic parts put back on, and electrical system sorted.
'55 Clipper Deluxe. Engine is stuck-ish.

The Bayliffs, as I recall, were titled under the donor car from which they were made.
