I wasn't aware that Stromberg was still around. I agree that I may be better off with the manual choke for general driving. What I have, definitely did not come from Packard. If I decide to stick with the manual choke, I'll need to clean up how it was installed in order to be happy with it. As is, it's functional, but could have had a much neater job on the installation.

That said, I would at least like to have the parts needed to install the automatic choke. If for nothing else, to be able to put the car to original if I wanted to at a later date.

Overall, this is a fairly low priority item, but one I would like to find.

Just bumping this...No luck with Stromberg, but it was worth a try.

Anyway, still looking for the linkage from the automatic choke coil to the carburetor.
