If you're interested in a modern booster and dual master, keep an eye out for my posts. I'm going to be installing a ABS Power Brake conversion in my 53 Patrician. Its currently being built. I should have it in a week or so. I decided to go this route so I don't have to modify the car for a hanging brake pedal or loose my crotch vent. The car can be returned to stock. Also doing the Wilwood front disc conversion.

BTW, ABS does offer a smaller bore master if you wish to retain your original drum/drum brakes.

Thanks,
Earl

Thanks for all your help and advice. I'll go ahead and order stock replacement parts, I just like to upgrade a bit if I'm redoing brake systems. I'm used to Mopars 1962 and newer, so this Packard is a whole new world for me! Thanks, too, for the tank info... being ordered!

Jer

I have a ‘60s Mopar (a 1965 Imperial LeBaron) which is a high quality car that had no rivals in its era (Lincoln was perhaps the closest) but even it has a single chamber master. Never any stopping issues on any of my Imperials.

That appears to be the correct one for 51-56 manual brake applications.
