Could someone tell me what the correct size and length screw or bolt that was used to attach these to the windshield frame?
Yes I know it is upside down, and I do have the spacers as well, just couldn't hold all that. Looks like something like #12
or 3/16", but don't know style of fastener or if any fancy hardware like an acorn nut is involved.

Parts book says to use a specific nut. Unfortunately I don't know what specifically they wanted and there is not supercession number. I would guess acorn nut.
