I found this in a box of misc backup light parts I bought. I believe this is a 54 (non-gearstart) and prior backup switch assembly. Can anyone confirm?

If so.... anyone need one?

It's a parking brake indicator light switch for 1955-56 models.

After I acquired my my first '56 Pat (with manual select Ultra.), I wanted to add the parking brake signal light to it, but the dealer accessory kit proved elusive.

Instead, I landed an NOS "hand brake light switch and socket assembly" for a pretty low price. However, as a service part, it didn't include a mounting bracket for the underhood switch. I cleaned up a used, but heavily pitted, I had on a parts car, but it's a bit weak for the task.
