I've been working on restoring the firewall heater on my 39 120. On top of the unit is a 1"x4" decal that says "Defroster and Foot Warmer - Packard Motor Car Co, Detroit Michigan". The old decal was in good enough shape to create a new decal. Anyone out there interested in purchasing one? A photo of it is attached. The resolution is pretty low, so the photo looks fuzzy. The image is really quite sharp. If there is some interest, I'll have multiple copies made. The price would be around $12. thanks

I'm not 100% sure, but as I recall this decal is on the medium brown colored 1941 heater/defroster unit.

Do you have images of the original on the heater? I am curious what and where it attached. If same as my '39 deluxe heater I may be interested.

The decal is on the top of the heater. It is a medium brown one, and may be from a 41, since the car has two sets of holes in the firewall. I'll shoot some photos after breakfast and post them.

Here is one I have. Don't know the year application.

It looks like a 1941-42 to me. I don't think the decal has ever been reproduced before, good job.

Ok - here's my heater, same as the one just shown above. It is in the process of being repainted. The second shot is an enlarged copy of the decal. It will be 1x4 when the printers get it done next week.
