Does anyone have drawings for a stone guard that would fit? Even detail pictures on mounting points, etc. I would like to fabricate my own.

Paul,

Can't help with dimension, but I did have a picture of a 28 with a stone guard.

Also The Brass Works may be able to help with a pattern:

Dave

Thanks to all. I looked at Brassworks. From what I gather I need to send them the radiator shell for modifications and I am not too cool about that idea and I am starting to think the cost could may be a bit out of my league Very nice to have but not really needed.

Dave, does it attach to the fender support or to the radiator shell, or both?

Paul,

Id say the only attachment points are the two clamps half way up each side of the stone guard, that clamp onto the headlight bar.

Dave

My 1930 745 is held on by the two clamps to the headlamp bar and the two screws to the radiator clamp at the top.

However, I'm not sure this is the correct method. On the back of the stone guard are 4 small brackets with a hole in each but they dont seem to line up to anyting on the radiator itself.

Dave, it is interesting that yours has a center bracket and the other pictures that were posted do not. Any ideas?
