One of my favorite 2 dr. Packards pre- or post war. Anyway, this car is a strong #3 with some points being a #2. The bad--it needs front seat redone but comes with NOS leather (seat isn't in terrible shape), clock doesn't work, front bumper needs rechromed (moderate pitting), rear tail lights need rechromed, some floor areas need sheet metal repairs, clock doesn't work. List of everything that has been done is too long but big things motor has been rebuilt & detailed, car is painted very nicely and high quality, car runs great and looks great.

Asking $16K but I'm leary about that price because of the work that needs to be done. I'm thinking of offering $10K.

Thanks for all your advice as I'm obviously looking at Packards often.

Clocks are easy to fix (search the forum here for more info on that). Some of the chrome may be cheaper to replace than to have re-plated.

Hard to say. I think with the work to be done, 12k would be about right. Hardtops don't command as much as a convertible would.
