Bill, are you sure you mean "chrome"? Most all I've seen in many varieties and used over many years are plain steel with a stainless steel cap swedged over the head.

Try "Googling" Totally Stainless. They have a large variety of stainless steel fasteners.

Bruce Blevins advertises in the Cormorant News Bulletin that he reproduces 120 different stainless steel parts for Packards and has a large inventory of used parts for 6th to 14th series.
