Bill, at the Rhinebeck flea market last weekend I did see one of the vendors of stainless steel hardware with a display board of bumper bolts including at least one rectangular one. Sorry to say I had forgotten about your need and didn't note the vendor, but they are out there somewhere, problem is there are so many vendors of this type of stuff. Did you check with Tioga as I had suggested earlier?
