What modern carbs bolt to the '35 120 intake manifold?

Modern - None. You are running an early Stromberg EE-14 with a choke system I am not personally fond of. I prefer the later (bolt on/Packard) Carter WD-O carburetors (reference/search my prior comments on this issue).

Otherwise, there is plenty of room for you to machine an adapter to a modern carburetor...(or two...)
