My carb spacer/insulator has crumbled and is likely a source of a vacuum leak. Does anyone have a source? I noted on eBay that someone is making new phenolic spacers for several hotrod carb installations and for Packard EE14 Stromberg. He did not have one specific for an EE22, but perhaps he can machine one (or more).

I don't have a spare and don't know of anymore making that item, but it's a pretty basic home shop job to make one. Quite an array of suitable insulating materials in sheet form available from the likes of MSC, Grainger, McMaster, etc. Thickness is 3/8 inch.
