It's all complete, I was hoping it had a good windshield but no luck. Rusty floor and lower sheetmetal, not enough parts that I actually need to make it worth finding somewhere to keep it.

what is up with the 1/2 designation for the year on the Patrician. I know Fords did the 1/2 designation during the early NASCAR years . but never for a Packard

Just an uninformed seller, though there were some running changes early to the 51 Patrician.
