Interesting two toning with using the top color down in the rear quarter section below the speedline. Can't recall seeing any others done like that. Maybe a bit more than Packard would have carried it but, IMO, not terrible and does add a bit of interest to the side.

It does have the Electromatic and from what I can see it appears complete -- although I can't tell if the actuation pulley is there or clutch cable termination clamp is still on the starter motor.
