I purchased a hub puller from ebay. It worked great, took quite a few hits. 20-2029 Universal Hub Puller. Had to make an axel puller.

48 Packard Club Coupe for sale MN

fishmeok
We have had some unfortunate life circumstances and have to put the '48 for sale. Located in the Twin Cities area in MN. 2-door club coupe w/ 288 engine and over drive. 56K miles. 2 owners in the last 45 years. I replaced the rear wheel cylinders and shoes last fall. Runs and drives well, original. It was repainted sometime before the previous owner bought it. At some point it had all the parts for the electromatic clutch installed except the dash switch. Some small rust holes in the trunk from water collecting under the mat (see pics). 2 boxes of spare parts including a radio and several trim pieces. Has the spare tire with cover and a full canvas cover backed with fleece. Includes manuals, etc. Please contact me with further questions and a link to dozens of pics and some movies. Too much to put in the add. $11,000 OBO.

Definitely a lot of good parts on it, the bumpers look surprisingly good too, if it were around here I’d go see what I could salvage.

It's helped me too when I found out about it on a VW EOS forum trying to stop a top leak. It did the trick right away. The EOS was a retractable hardtop with full sunroof - the only car like that.

36 120 carburetor

I am looking for a carburetor for a 36 120 with the Stromberg EE14. The one we have has the top extremely warped
and will not seal. I messaged max Merritt and Kanter but have not heard back yet.
Thanks

I am sure there will need to be some type of bell crank arrangement at the carb side to translate pedal throw to carb throw.
