Going by the front fenders the car is not a 120. It is a senior Packard and is probably of 1937 vintage, as 1938 Packards had split front windshields.

Jorge, as noted by others the vehicle is a 1937 senior model, not a 120. Just please confirm, is the theft-proof number enclosed by triangular brackets, as for example:
<281327>
The brackets were not used on the 1935-36-37 junior series cars.

Jorge,
Now it's narrowed down to a '37 Super Eight and from the Model Identification Page for 15th Series can only be one of a few alternatives, most likely a Touring Sedan presuming it doesn't have a divider window. You could always include it as a "best guess" and, when more info comes to light, update the Registry entry as required. Maybe a Forum Member with expertise in '37 Super Eights can assist by providing points of difference between the various models to narrow it down even further?

Thanks Ozstatman, another detail, the car has open roof, it used to have canvas top, like the old French Citroen, and is missing floor andand seats.

That was not an opening panel, it was a fixed piece of waterproof cloth. The newer technology to stamp steel roofs was displacing this older construction.
