Does anyone have experience with vacuum issues 1941 120 Carter carb.?

Can you elaborate on the issues you are having. Let us know the symptoms or why you are asking about vacuum and am sure someone can help.

On your car, if you have electric wipers don't think there is much in the way of vacuum accessories to cause a leak. About the only places would be manifold gaskets or possibly loose or warped manifold or the dist vacuum advance. If no leak and just a low number then timing or valves maybe??
