Tom (B?) - NO NO NO! Sorry for the shouting, but I've seen way too many bent wheel supports. The adjustment is by the inserts at the end of the shock absorber (where the upper bolt goes through). These inserts are available with different offsets to adjust caster. The camber is shimmed at the two bolts connecting the two lower control arms. (did I get the caster/camber right?)
I believe the 37 shop manual is on this site for your review (or any 35-41 manual should have the necessary illustrations). Your local alignment shop will NOT have the inserts, however I believe they are available as a set (use what you need and return the rest) from most of the Packard vendors, or lemme know if you have a problem finding them, I've got a coffee can of them here. G'day (Ghost Adjuster) Tom,
to PackardInfo. And a request, could you please include your '37 120 in the Packard Owner's Registry here on PackardInfo?
